The super-continent, Pleroma, its landscape ranging from heavy tundra in the north to jungle in the south, dominates Suty and some 53% of the surface is covered in water. Large deserts cut through the central parts of Pleroma, and much of the remaining land is slowly turning to dust after generations of over farming. The planet has also grown considerably cooler since its star began it’s expansion from yellow-type to orange-type thousands of years ago.
Suty was one of the very first planets colonized by humans outside of the Holy Ersetu system, having been discovered in the 24th century GD by some of the first pantheons of Posthumans to leave First Earth. The first domed cities fell during the Bleedtouched rebellion, begun in GD 2490. Palamedes himself dedicated St. Esmerelda’s Cathedral over top of a Bleedist stronghold. The First Republic used Suty as a testing ground for all manner of things, but especially construction materials. The Pantheonic god-cults and corporations of ancient Parahuman-powered Zaibatsu kept numerous Primmortal ruins secret, but after the fall of the First Republic they were discovered. Wars resulted to determine ownership of the artifacts. House Hanuman ultimately claimed the world, and it became a haven of pro-Republican refugees from Holy Ersetu. Hunger and plague were constant under the conditions.
During the Second Republic, the world became a haven for the children of the pantheons, the remnants of god-corporatist owners, bankers and lawyers, beginning the gross income disparity on the world. Suty suffered badly from the Fall, since most of the people relied heavily on welfare; mass looting and rioting followed by famine and disease. The Atzlánti rose up to purge the irresponsible Hanuman and to bring aid and relief to the masses. The Hornblowers and Mahyah Nostra once held tremendous power under the Hanumans, but both guilds supported the Atzlánti over the Hanuman. It took 100 years for the Atzlánti to gain control over the urban areas, which were heavily pro-Republican and resented noble Prolimetri rule.
The Castenda family seized the many Primmortal ruins and most of the land, and they continue to be the dominant land holder today. During the Primacy Wars, the Eduardos invaded to seize the world from the Castendas. The Bogovi brokered a peace that let the Castendas retain their land, while they pledged fealty to the Eduardos. This Bogovi peace deal set the stage for the present day alliance between the two houses.
The Suty nobles resisted the coronation of Chryselios and the Dodekatheons, and it took an al-Yazata and Mōnstrum invasion to enforce acceptance. It took an entire year before the Castendas yielded. Many on Suty bitterly resent the resulting enforced peace and want to restart the Primacy Wars… Suty is constantly the focus of rampant rumors of republicanism and Bleed cults.
The world is ruled by the Duchess Elena Cindias Victoriana Castenda de Suty; she is also the largest land holder on the planet. Elena is not a very good warrior, but is a highly skilled diplomat. She conspires with Salandra Bogovi frequently and has done a good job uniting the Castenda family. Elena has made the recovery of Primmortal artifacts a high priority, though it is unlikely that many remain.
One of the oldest cities on the planet, it is located at the foot of Mt. Tetet. Apollo’s Palace can be found here – a museum dedicated to Posthuman travel, containing Diaspora era ship guns, an early Bleed damper, and part of an Primmortal-Stoucrix ship. Oldest part of the city is called Salchicha. The antinomist cult of St. Belchair worshippers is believed to reside in the city.

This is the capital city of the planet, as well as its commercial center, housing the Terminus Spaceport, the primary Agora, and St. Esmerelda’s Cathedral. The Mahyah Nostra run the Landsky Geodesic Dome, and there are many guild training halls located here.

A small coastal city with high walls protecting it from the large indigenous crab-like creatures native to the southern hemisphere. Somowan Reef Arrowclaw is a delicacy, partially because of the dangers of hunting the massive armored mega-crabs that dot the coastline, that occasionally venture far enough inland to harry livestock and occasionally drag Posthumans drowning into the sea.
A popular spot for affluent nobles on big-game hunting expeditions, and a likely place to loose a limb from Arrowclaws near the reef capable of exerting over a ton of cutting pressure.
